        WESTMOUNT WILDCAT CHEERLEADERS    
 
        The 1998/99 Westmount Cheerleading
        team is comprised of 20 female
        atheletes in grades 9 to 13.
        We are a competitive power cheer-
        leading squad, that takes part in
        competitions in ontario and the US.
        We cheer for our school football,
        basketball, hockey, and soccor
        teams, as well as for any 
        championship games.
  
                  TRYOUTS
  
        After tryouts in May, the team 
        attends an Ontario Power Cheer-
        leading Camp, in the summer, and
        continues to practice three times
        per week.
       
                 COMPETITION
  
        The team has gained international
        reputation for being a powerful
        competitive squad. We compete 6-8
        times per year in different cities
        across Ontario. We also competed
        in Ohio U.S.A.
  
        Our most notable accomplishments
        are WINNING THE ONTARIO CHEER-
        LEADING CHAMPIONSHIPS, and 
        WINNING THE AMERICHEER COMPETITION 
        in Ohio!!!
